While I was playing Dekaron this morning, I found an interesting bug while in the "Braiken Agency." I was dealing damage to the monsters, but they were not dealing damage to me. At all. Ive also encountered this in other areas as well. I just never mentioned it because like two mobs later, they were hurting me again as well.

if that ever happens its just because the mobs are lagging on your client a little bt, easy fix is to just relog
